Taking a shower feels like a luxury and you can’t remember when you balanced your bank account or even felt like yourself. You feel shame because you feel you can’t do anything right.
The people in your life are so critical that you are beginning to wonder if maybe there is actually something wrong with you. Your weight and physical health are getting out of control. You feel detached from yourself. Often you feel controlled or manipulated at work, with friends and even at home. You just can’t make anyone happy.You know that there is something in your past that you have avoided dealing with and you can feel it creeping to the surface.
Lately, you have taken to having extreme emotional responses to the demands. You have even been numbing out on TV, alcohol, social media, or food. You have decided that its time to make a change but you just can’t figure out how.
You also know that there is something you can do about all of this but you just can’t seem to figure it out.
I offer a free 15-minute session to see if what I have to offer is a good fit. Most people report that after the first few minutes of the free session, they already feel better. Those that have chosen to work with me on a deeper level report that they feel heard, understood, and safe enough to make the changes that level them up to their highest selves.
