Corona virus and other irritating and disrupting stuff.

So it seems that this virus, among other things, is causing a great deal of havoc for everyone around the world. I myself had contracted some virus and it seems I have to stay away from humans.

i have been planning to take my practice online by July anyway as it is just a more sustainable way to do therapy. I am far behind my colleagues in the move to teletherapy. The great thing about this is I can do therapy from anywhere and people can meet Me from the comfort of their own homes and in their jammies if they please ( provided they are adequately covered of course)
I have encouraged my clients to come to treatment however they are feeling for years and I do not have expectations on their attire. I am pretty excited to Provide this service and change my way of working.
I can only work with clients in Oregon currently but I am no longer bound by just my walk-in availability in Salem.

If you are someone that knows me and thinks I would be a good fit for someone you know within the state of Oregon, feel free to refer people to me.
I offer a free 15-minute meet to see if it is a good fit. I currently take a few insurances and of course private pay. Don’t forget, I also provide coaching to those that do not need mental health therapy, just some clinically trained, gentle guidance.
