Peace of Mind wellness will be located at 388 State Street # 455 in Salem Oregon and will provide counseling for adults recovering from trauma, Mental illness, and addictions. This is an LGBT-friendly venue.

Currently, Peace of mind is accepting clients that have Oregon Health Plan through Valley Mental Health and other insurances are available. Private pay for the highest level of privacy and without medical necessity. By appointment only.
