Monday

Some of us really hate that word.

Monday is the day that a lot of us return to work. We have had our few days of rest and are heading back to the job or business that we earn our living at.

For some of us, Monday means we get to do the work we have chosen to do in the world and love that we get an opportunity to do the work.

For others of us, we are just doing what we have to to be able to have a roof over our heads and food in our tummies.

Monday can mean a lot of things. Truthfully it will mean whatever our perception is of the fulfillment we get from the work we do. That is flexible.

Good coping for when you are working at a job you don’t necessarily like is to find all of the things you are grateful for in that position. The fact that you get paid is a good place to start. Make a list of things you are grateful for today and see if Monday turns out to be a better day.

If you just can’t wrap your mind around being grateful let me know how I can help.
