Over coming
At times we will face challenges that will overwhelm us. These times can be a great resource for digging deeper into our psyche to become an even bigger person than before. Our inner self (the psyche) is comprised of deep secrets and wonderful creativity. Tapping into this resource can bring forth things we never knew even existed. Our psyche (inner self) is available anytime to help us recover from the overwhelm. Stop, meditate, feel deeply and take a deep breath. Look for things that are unique and special about you. What do you love about yourself? See if you can discover 50 things that are great about you and document them where you can see them. What are you passionate about? What is your favorite color or smell?
Focusing on the things that bring you joy will raise your energy out of the overwhelm and may even provide you with answers to the how of your next step.
Overwhelm is merely your mind telling you that you are out of your own self too far. Reconnect inwardly to find the way out of the waves.
